We are pleased to announce that we relocated into a new headquarters and manufacturing facility in North Billerica, MA.

The company has realized consistent growth year-over-year, and under new ownership and leadership in the last 12 months increased sales revenue and expanded our team. Growth for the company has been fueled by dedicated key application focus on advanced, high-performance military and aerospace, commercial wireless, and homeland security solutions that take advantage of NexTek’s proven surge arresting and EMI filtering technology and our decades of experience.

In addition to a suite of industry-leading coaxial lightning protection and RF power arrestors, the company has developed best-in-class solutions for EMI/EMC filters. Specific product line enhancements include 4.3-10 series coaxial lightning protectors, low passive intermodulation (PIM) high-altitude electromagnetic pulse (HEMP) filters, Failsafe Filters, and AC Line, DC Line, and PoE/Data Line protectors.

The overall increased physical plant footprint is over 70% larger than our previous Westford, MA facility and now includes an additional 10,000 sq. ft. for modernized, lean manufacturing and assembly, an expanded engineering and quality assurance lab, a dedicated aerospace line with vacuum potting, and a now in-house, end-to-end environmental testing center.

An increased stockroom is also evidence of a commitment to maintain a larger supply of raw materials for sustaining long-term and on-demand programs. Aiding in this commitment is the installation of an advanced materials resource planning (MRP), as well as an enhanced returned material authorization (RMA) process, and dedicated rework station.
